2. Data We Access and Collect

a. Task Content (Stored on Your Device)

The App's primary function is to let you create, edit, and manage tasks, reminders, descriptions, checklists, attachments, saved locations, and completion history ("Task Content"). Task Content is stored only locally, within the App's isolated storage on your device. We do not collect, transmit, store, or have access to your Task Content, and it is not sent to us or to any third-party servers.

b. Location

Location-based reminders are an optional feature. If you enable them, the App accesses your device location, including in the background:

• Precise location — to let you choose a place for a task and to detect when you arrive at that place.
• Background location ("Allow all the time") — so a location reminder can fire even when the App is closed or not in use. Without it, location reminders only work while the App is open.

How your location is used:

• Your device's current location is evaluated on your device (using the Android / Google Play services geofencing system) to determine whether you have entered an area you defined around a place, and to trigger the matching reminder. Your device's live location is not sent to us.
• The place coordinates and labels you choose for a task are stored locally on your device.
• Maps & address lookup: when you search for an address or view the map in the location picker, the search text and the coordinates you select are sent to OpenStreetMap (the Nominatim geocoding service and OpenStreetMap map-tile servers) to look up place names and display the map. This is the place you are choosing, not your device's live GPS position. OpenStreetMap's handling of this data is governed by its own Privacy Policy.

If you do not grant location permission or do not create location-based reminders, the App does not access your location.

c. Usage and Analytics Data

The App uses Google Firebase Analytics to understand how the App is used so we can improve it. This includes in-app events (for example, creating or completing a task) and information collected automatically by the Analytics SDK, such as a Firebase installation identifier, device model, operating system version, app version, and general region. This data is processed by Google in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.

d. Advertising Data

The free version of the App displays ads using Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, AdMob may access and collect device and advertising identifiers, IP address, and ad-interaction data. Purchasing the Pro version removes ads. See Google's advertising policies and how Google uses data from apps that use its services.

e. Purchase Data

Optional one-time Pro purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. Google handles your payment; we do not receive or store your payment card details.

3. How We Share Data

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the service providers needed to operate the features you use:

• Google — Firebase Analytics, AdMob, and Google Play Billing.
• OpenStreetMap — maps and address lookup in the location picker.

4. Data Retention and Loss

Because your Task Content is stored only on your device, deleting the App, clearing its storage cache, or performing a factory reset will permanently delete that data, and we cannot recover it for you. We encourage you to use your device's built-in backup features (e.g., Android Backup). Analytics and advertising data are retained by Google according to its own policies; you can reset or limit ad personalization through your device's advertising settings.

5. Security

Data transmitted to the services described above is sent over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. Task Content stored on your device is protected by your device's own security (for example, your screen lock and device encryption). We take reasonable steps to protect data in line with industry standards.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

7. Your Choices

• You can deny or revoke location permission at any time in your device settings; location reminders will then stop functioning.
• You can reset your advertising identifier or opt out of ad personalization in your device's privacy settings.
• You can remove all locally stored data by clearing the App's storage or uninstalling it.
• You can remove ads and analytics-driven recommendations by upgrading to the Pro version.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy at https://rzailabs.com/sticky_tasks_privacy and revise the "Last Updated" date above. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
