Our core commitment is to your privacy and data minimization. We have designed Sticky Tasks to function without collecting any Personal or Sensitive User Data.

User-Entered Data (Tasks and Events)

Data Collected: The App's primary function is to allow you to create, edit, and manage personal tasks, reminders, or notes ("User Events"). This data is what you directly enter into the application.

Storage: The User Events data is stored only locally on your device within the App's isolated storage sandbox.

No Collection or Transmission: We want to be perfectly clear: The Developer does not collect, transmit, store, or have access to your User Events data, or any other personal or sensitive user data, from your device. This information never leaves your device and is not sent to the Developer or any third-party servers.

No Collection of Personal or Sensitive User Data

We do not collect any Personal or Sensitive User Data, which includes, but is not limited to:

• Name, email address, or phone number.
• Precise geographical location.
• Financial, payment, health, or authentication information.
• Device identifiers (e.g., AAID) or other information that can be used to track you.

Important Note on Data Loss

Since your User Event data is stored exclusively on your local device, deleting the App, clearing its storage cache, or performing a factory reset will permanently delete all your User Event data. The Developer cannot recover this data for you. We encourage you to use your device's built-in backup features (e.g., Android Backup) to back up your device and your app data.

3. Third-Party Services and SDKs

The Sticky Tasks App does not integrate any third-party services (such as analytics, advertising, or crash reporting SDKs) that collect, use, or share user data.

4. Security

Because we do not collect or transmit your data, the primary security of your User Events data relies on the security of your own device (e.g., screen lock, device encryption). We take reasonable steps to ensure that the data stored on your device is protected according to industry standards.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to anyone under the age of 13. Given that the App is designed not to collect any personal data from any user, this policy ensures children's privacy is protected.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en-US and updating the "Last Updated" date. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
