2. Data We Access and Collect

a. No Account, No Password, No Email Address

The App does not have user accounts. You do not create a password and you do not give us an email address to use the App. To load your team, you enter your FPL Team ID, which is the public numeric identifier that Fantasy Premier League assigns to a team.

b. Data Stored on Your Device

The App saves the following on your device only, using its local storage (Hive and SharedPreferences):

• Your FPL Team ID.
• The league IDs you pin or track.
• Your ad-free purchase status.
• Your theme choice.
• Counters used to decide when to show the update prompt and the review prompt.

This data stays in the App's own storage on your device. Deleting the App removes all of it.

c. Usage and Analytics Data

The App uses Google Firebase Analytics to understand how the App is used so we can improve it. To be clear about what this means:

• Your FPL Team ID is set as the Analytics user ID, and some events also include it as an event parameter. Your usage in the App is therefore linked to your FPL Team ID inside Firebase Analytics.
• Usage events cover screen views and feature use within the App.
• The Analytics SDK also collects information automatically, such as a Firebase installation identifier, device model, operating system version, app version, and general region.

This data is processed by Google in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.

d. Crash and Diagnostic Data

The App uses Google Firebase Crashlytics to report crashes and diagnostics so we can find and fix problems. Crash reports include technical information about the failure and the device state at the time, and are processed by Google under its Privacy Policy.

e. Advertising Data

The free version of the App displays ads using Google AdMob. The App does not request App Tracking Transparency permission and does not track you across other companies' apps or websites, so ads shown on iOS are non-personalised. Purchasing the one-time ad-free upgrade removes ads. See Google's advertising policies and how Google uses data from apps that use its services.

f. Feedback You Send Us

If you use the in-app feedback form, the App sends only the message text you wrote to a Firebase Cloud Function. No name and no email address is attached to it, so we cannot reply to you directly through the form. Please avoid putting personal details in the message unless you want us to have them.

g. Fantasy Premier League Data

The App fetches publicly available Fantasy Premier League data over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection to the Fantasy Premier League API in order to show teams, fixtures, points, and league standings. We do not run a server that stores your data.

h. Purchase Data

The optional one-time ad-free upgrade is handled entirely by Apple and Google through their in-app purchase systems. They handle your payment; we never see or store your payment details.

3. How We Share Data

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the service providers needed to operate the features you use:

• Google: Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, Firebase Cloud Functions (in-app feedback), AdMob, and Google Play in-app purchases.
• Apple: App Store in-app purchases.
• Fantasy Premier League: the public API the App reads football and league data from.

4. Data Retention and Loss

Because your Team ID, pinned leagues, theme, and other settings are stored only on your device, deleting the App, clearing its storage, or performing a factory reset will permanently delete them, and we cannot recover them for you. Your FPL Team ID is public, so you can simply enter it again. Analytics, crash, and advertising data are retained by Google according to its own policies, and you can reset or limit ad personalisation through your device's advertising settings.

5. Security

Data transmitted to the services described above is sent over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. Data stored on your device is protected by your device's own security (for example, your screen lock and device encryption). We take reasonable steps to protect data in line with industry standards.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

7. Your Choices

• You can remove all locally stored data, including your FPL Team ID and pinned leagues, by uninstalling the App.
• You can limit the ads you see by using your device's advertising settings (on iOS, Settings > Privacy & Security > Apple Advertising; on Android, the Ads section of your Google settings, where you can reset or delete your advertising ID).
• You can remove ads entirely with the one-time ad-free upgrade.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy at https://rzailabs.com/fpl_matchday_live_privacy and revise the "Last Updated" date above. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
